About the Opportunity

S. Majumdar & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate (3–5 PQE) to join their Trade Marks Team in New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves handling trade mark prosecution and contentious matters, advising on clearance searches, drafting office action responses, and appearances before the Trade Marks Registry, Delhi, along with legal research and strategic case work.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for professionals with strong trade mark experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated long-term interest in Intellectual Property law.

Position is strictly on-site in New Delhi.
